| 摘 要： | 为了探讨降低小儿青霉素皮试假阳性率的临床护理对策,本文对小儿青霉素皮试假阳性的原因进行了分析,表明小儿青霉素皮试假阳性与消毒剂、皮试液、年龄、气候等因素密切相关,护理工作者要有高度的责任感,时刻牢记青霉素皮试假阳性反应的影响因素,严格技术操作规范,力争把青霉素皮试假阳性率降到最低限度。

| Abstract: | In order to study clinical nursing measures of reducing the false positive rate of penicillin skin test in children,this article analyzes its causes,and the results show that false-positive penicillin skin test in children are closely related with disinfectants,skin test,age,climate and other factors.Nursing workers should have a high sense of responsibility,always remember the influencing factors of penicillin skin test false positive reaction,strictly execute technical standards,and strive to reduce the penicillin skin test false positive rate to a minimum. |
