两种不同手术方法治疗前列腺增生症合并腹股沟疝的临床对比分析

目的探讨应用不同手术方法治疗前列腺增生症合并腹股沟疝同期手术74例的临床效果及并发症。方法选取2010年1月~2011年1月我院收治的前列腺增生症合并腹股沟疝患者共74例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）结合疝无张力修补术治疗,对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）联合疝修补术。结果两组患者总有效率差异无统计学意义（83.78%vs 86.49%,P〉0.05）;实验组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及IPSS评分明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（5.41%vs 27.03%,P〈0.05）。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术结合疝无张力修补术同期治疗前列腺增生症并发腹股沟疝,其疗效肯定,手术时间短,术后恢复快且并发症少。

Comparative analysis of two operations on BPH and inguinal hernia

Objective To learn the clinic effect and complication of different operations treating BPH and inguinal hernia.Methods 74 patients of BPH and inguinal hernia from January 2010 to January 2011 were divided into 2 groups.TUVP and non-tension hernia neoplasty were used in experiment group while TURP and hernia neoplasty were used in control group.Results The total effect rate of two groups had no significance(83.78% vs 86.49%,P > 0.05).The operation time,amount of bleeding,length of stay and IPSS score of experiment group were lower than control group(P < 0.05).The complication incidence of experiment group was lower than control group(5.41% vs 27.03%,P < 0.05).Conclusion TUVP and non-tension hernia neoplasty treating BPH and inguinal hernia have positive effect,short operation,quick recovering and low complication.
