| 摘 要： | 胃癌的预后较差,胃裸区受累的胃癌患者预后更差。CT检查对于判断胃裸区是否受胃癌侵犯具有重要价值,术前CT扫描及时发现胃裸区受累,使胃裸区受侵的胃癌病例获得较好的治疗效果,现就胃癌侵犯胃裸区的CT诊断进展加以综述。

| Abstract: | The prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma is poor,especially that of patients with bare area involvement.CT scan is of great beneficial in judging bare area is involved by cancer or not.CT scan before operation can find involved bare area intime,which is helpful for the better efficacy in patients with bare area involvement.This article reviews CT diagnostic progress of bare area involved by gastric carcinoma. |
