摘    要:目的:总结计算机辅助检测技术在脑肿瘤检测领域的发展现状。方法:本文按照计算机辅助检测过程中的关键技术为分类,分别对其进行深入研究。结果:相对于其他肿瘤,脑肿瘤对患者的生存质量和生存时间的影响尤其严重。如果能在早期发现脑肿瘤并及时治疗,则可明显改善患者的生存质量,有效延长患者的生存时间。目前,磁共振成像(MRI)是显示脑肿瘤的最佳方式,但通过放射科医生对海量MRI图像进行判读发现早期脑肿瘤是非常困难的,而以图像处理与分析为基础的计算机辅助诊断(CAD)技术则是解决这一难题的有效途径。结论:本文对近年来基于MRI的脑肿瘤计算机辅助诊断技术的报道进行分析和深入研究,论述了脑肿瘤CAD的研究进展情况、存在的问题及可能的解决方案。

Abstract:Objective: Make a summary of the development to the computer-aided detection technology in the field of brain tu- mor detection. Methods: This paper make a deep study in computer-aided detection according to the classification of the key technology. Results: Comparing with malignant tumors of other sorts, brain tumors especially has serious effect on living quali- ty and survival time of the patients. If detected earlier and treated in time, the patients' living quality can be apparently im- proved and their survival time can be prolonged efficiently. At present, the MRI is seen as the best approach to display brain tu- mors, but it is very difficult for radiologist to judge and distinguish early brain tumors from vast MRI images and the comput- er-aided diagnosis (CAD) technique based on image processing and analysis is an effective way to solve this problem. Conclu- sions: This paper analyzed the recent reports and literatures about the CAD for brain tumors with a deep research, the research progress about the CAD, the existed problems and the possible resolutions were discussed.
