Immunologic Essence of Deficiency Syndromes

Deficiency syndrome is common syndrome in clinical of TCM. It can be reflected on the internal organs such as the heart, the kidney, the lung, and the spleen. Moreover, the relationship of the lung, the kidney and the spleen of TCM with the immunologic functions are especially closely. The deficiency of these three organs can affect on immunologic functions, and the abnormal of immunologic network is just the present immunologic essence of the visceral deficiency syndrome. This article discuss the consistence of deficiency syndrome with immunologic functions in the level of immunocyte,immunity molecule and so on. A new information to study the fundamental theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has been proposed.
