浅谈教学医院住院医师临床思维能力的培养

临床思维能力训练与培养是医学毕业生向临床医生过渡的重要阶段,规范化培训要求住院医师具有较强的临床思维能力,不但要熟悉本学科、本专业的基本理论,还要掌握相关学科的基本理论;不但要具有较系统的专业知识,还要掌握本专业的临床技能。因此,应多途径、多手段、全方位地训练他们的临床思维能力,努力使其尽快成为高水平、高素质的新一代临床医师。
