| 摘 要： | 目的:乳腺疾病钼靶X线检查的临床应用及诊断价值。方法:回顾分析864例乳腺摄片及临床资料。结果:乳腺增生症708例(82%),纤维腺瘤67例(7.8%),乳腺癌34例(3.9%),乳腺囊肿8例(0.9%),巨乳2例(0.23%),急性乳腺炎1例(0.12%)。结论:乳腺疾病钼靶X线表现各具特征性,对早期乳腺癌的诊断更具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the value and clinical application of mammographic diagnosis with molybdenum diagnosis with molybdenum target tube in mastoses.Methods: The mammographic data of cases of mastopathy were analysed retrospecively.Results: All 864 cases of mastoses were demonstrated mastoplasia in 708 cases(82%),fibroadnoma in 67 cases(7.8%),mastocarcinoma in 34cases(3.9%),breast cyst in 8 cases(0.9%),macromastia in 2 cases(0.23%) and acute mastitis in 1 case(0.12%),respectively.Conclusion: Mammography with molybdenum target tube is very uaeful and valuable in diagnosis of breast diseases,especially to find mastocarcinoma in early stage. |
