| 摘 要： | 目的建立湘产吴茱萸脂溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用大连伊利特Hypersill ODS(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长245 nm。结果确定了16个共有峰,收集到的14批吴茱萸药材相似度均>0.900。结论该方法较好的体现了湖南省不同产地吴茱萸药材中脂溶性成分在该色谱条件下的整体性。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of fat-soluble components of Evodiae Fructus from different areas in Hunan. Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersill ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） from Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^- 1, the temperature was 30 ℃, and the wavelength was 245 nm. Results Totally 16 common peaks were identifi ed, the similarity of 14 batches of Evodiae Fructus was more than 0.900. Conclusion The method refl ects the better integrity of Evodiae Fructus from different areas in Hunan province under this chromatographic condition. |
