| Abstract: | Advancing the patients'right adapts to the great democratic tendency in the world today. The principle of patients' freedom is an important component part of the basic principles in modern medical ethics. Patients' rights have both the properties of law standerdization and the significance of moral sense. In the new situation of the market economy .strengthening the moralities of hospital administration plays an important role in safeguarding the patients' right and interests, correcting the general mood of trades and improving our service. |
