摘    要:目的:系统评价抗阻训练对高血压病人血压、自主神经功能及最大摄氧量的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库关于抗阻训练对高血压病人影响的随机对照试验,检索时限为各数据库建库至2021年3月20日。由2名研究者按纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料、评价文献质量,并采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献,涉及621例高血压病人。Meta分析结果显示,抗阻训练能有效降低高血压病人的收缩压[MD=-8.85,95%CI(-12.83,-4.87),P<0.000 1]及舒张压[MD=-4.85,95%CI(-6.77,-2.94),P<0.000 1];增加最大摄氧量[MD=2.00,95%CI(0.39,3.60),P=0.01];对心脏自主神经功能调节的影响尚不能确定。结论:现有证据表明,与不进行任何有规律运动的对照组相比,试验组能有效降低高血压病人的收缩压及舒张压,增加最大摄氧量,但对心脏自主神经功能调节的影...

Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of resistance training on blood pressure,autonomic nervous function and VO2 max in hypertensive patients.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effects of resistance training on hypertensive patients were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to March 20,2021.Literatures were screened,extracted and evaluated independently by two researchers according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 621 patients with hypertension were included in 12 literatures.Meta-analysis results showed that resistance training can effectively reduce the systolic blood pressure[MD=-8.85,95%CI(-12.83,-4.87),P<0.0001]and diastolic blood pressure[MD=-4.85,95%CI(-6.77,-2.94),P<0.0001];Increase VO2 max[MD=2.00,95%CI(0.39,3.60),P=0.01];The effect on the regulation of cardiac autonomic nerve function was still uncertain.Conclusion:Existing evidence shows that compared with the control group without regular exercise,the experimental group can effectively reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of hypertensive patients,and increase VO2 max.However,its effect on the regulation of cardiac autonomic nerve function is not obvious,and more large samples and high-quality studies are still needed to further verify.
