NSE在鉴别原位溶血和髓外溶血中的作用

摘    要:
目的 探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在鉴别原位和髓外溶血中的意义.方法 10例原位溶血、13例髓外溶血和9例非溶血过敏性紫癜患者,ELISA法检测血清NSE值并进行比较.结果 NSE值髓外溶血组明显高于原位溶血组和非溶血组(P<0.05),原位溶血组略高于非溶血组(P>0.05).结论 NSE可作为临床原位与髓外溶血的鉴别指标.

Application of neuron-specific enoluse in differentiating in-situ hemolysis and intravuscalar hemolysis
Abstract:
Objective To explore the feasibility of differentiating irrsitu hemolysis and intravascular hemolysis by detecting serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE) .Methods The serum NSE levels were examined by ELISA in 10 cases with irrsitu hemolysis, 13 cases with intravascular hemolysis and 9 cases with non-hemolytic allergic purpura.Results The serum NSE of intravascular hemolysis patients was significantly higher than that of in situ hemolysis or that of allergic purpura patients (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum NSE between the patients of in-situ hemolysis and those of allergic purpura (P>0.05).Conclusion The serum NSE level can be taken as an useful clinical parameter in differentiating in-situ hemolysis and intravascular hemolysis.
