| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胸大肌肌皮瓣整复舌癌术后组织缺损的临床效果。方法 :采用胸大肌肌皮瓣整复舌癌术后舌及口底的组织缺损 4 6例。结果 :术后存活肌皮瓣 4 4例 ,坏死 2例。 3 9例获 6个月～ 3年随访 ,形态及功能均较满意。结论 :胸大肌肌皮瓣是整复舌癌术后舌及口底组织缺损的理想材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of repairing the tissue defect from excision of tongue cancer using pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.Methods:Tissue defects of tongue and floor of the mouth were repaired with pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps.Results:Forty four flaps of 46 patients survived,2 failed.The follow up of 39 cases was 6 months to 3 years.Conclusion:Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is suitable for repairing the tissue defects. |
