利培酮和齐拉西酮对精神分裂症病人血浆CK影响

目的观察精神分裂症病人血浆细胞因子（CK）水平的变化,探讨利培酮和齐拉西酮对病人CK水平的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法,检测50例精神分裂症病人治疗前后白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平,以50名健康人作为对照。结果治疗前后利培酮和齐拉西酮组IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α的水平均高于正常对照组,差异有显著性（F=74.73-140.53,q=14.72-45.06,P〈0.01）;经利培酮及齐拉西酮治疗8周后,IL-2、IL-6和TNF-a水平均明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著意义（t=3.34-19.43,P〈0.01）。结论精神分裂症存在CK介导的免疫功能障碍,利培酮和齐拉西酮对CK具有调节作用。

THE INFLUENCE OF RISPERIDONE AND ZIPRASIDONE ON PLASMA CYTOKINE IN PATIENTS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA

Objective To observe plasma cytokine and influence of Risperidone and Ziprasidone on it in patients with schizophrenia.Methods By employing ELISA,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in 50 patients with schizophrenia-before and after therapy-were detected,and 50 healthy individuals were served as the control.Results The levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in the patients,both before and after treatment with Risperidone and Ziprasidone,were higher than that in the control,showing a significant difference among them（F=74.73-140.53,q=14.72-45.06,P〈0.01）.After eight weeks treated with the two drugs,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α decreased versus before medication（t=3.34-19.43,P〈0.01）.Conclusion There is a cytokine-mediated immune dysfunction in patients with schizophrenia,Risperidone and Ziprasidone manifest accommodation on the level of cytokine.
