银杏叶提取物对血管性痴呆小鼠的影响

摘    要:目的观察银杏叶提取物对小鼠全脑缺血再灌注所致血管性痴呆的影响。方法不完全结扎颈总动脉5min后复灌以造成小鼠血管性痴呆模型,采用电迷宫来观察银杏叶提取物对学习记忆功能的影响;采用试剂盒方法检测对脑内AchE的影响。结果银杏叶提取物可使模型小鼠学习反应时间缩短,记忆潜伏时间延长,错误次数减少;可抑制AchE的活性。结论银杏叶提取物可改善全脑缺血再灌注小鼠的学习记忆能力,提高脑内乙酰胆碱功能,提示对血管性痴呆有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Gingkgo biloba extra on the disturbance of learning and memory of vascular dementia mice. Methods The mice model of vascular dementia was made by half ligature of chief carotid and reperfusion after 5 minute. The function of learning and memory was observed by means of electric maze, and the activity of AchE was measured. Results Gingkgo Biloba Extra shortened the reaction time of leaning, prolonged the latent time of memory, reduced times of mistakes and restrained the activity of AchE. Conclusion Gingkgo Biloba Extra improves learning and memory of model mice and prevents vascular dementia.
