| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸替罗非班对急性冠脉综合征患者血清B型尿钠钛（BNP）和心电图的影响,探讨盐酸替罗治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效。方法符合急性冠脉综合征（不稳定心绞痛/非ST段抬高心肌梗死）入选标准患者85例,随机分为试验组43例和对照组42例。试验组在对照组给予口服阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、阿托伐他汀、低分子肝素等常规治疗药物的基础上加用持续微量泵入盐酸替罗非班,观察两组患者治疗前后BNP水平和心电图改变。结果治疗前两组患者血清BNP水平未见明显差异（P〉0.05）;治疗后两组患者血清BNP水平均显著下降（P〈0.01）,试验组下降更显著（P〈0.01）。与对照组相比,试验组心电图缺血性改变有明显好转（P〈0.05）,两组患者均无严重不良反应（P〉0.05）。结论盐酸替罗非班能够显著降低急性冠脉综合征患者血清BNP水平,改善心电图,从而说明盐酸替罗非班治疗对急性冠脉综合征是安全有效的。 |
