肝肾阴虚证大鼠下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺轴的变化及中药对其调节作用

目的：探讨肝肾阴虚证大鼠下丘脑－垂体－甲状腺轴的变化及中药对其调节作用。方法；以激怒法制造大鼠肝肾阴虚模型，研究下丘脑－垂体－甲状腺轴（HPT）各项指标的变化。结果；肝肾阴虚模型大鼠下丘脑TRH增高，血清TSH、FT3、FT4水平均降低（P＜0．05），而血清rT3浓度升高（P＜0．05）；运用滋补肝肾方能够减轻这种激怒应激反应，滋补肝肾方药组各指标与模型组比差异显著（P＜0．05），与正常组比较无显著差异，而柴胡疏肝散无明显作用。结论：下丘脑－垂体－甲状腺轴的部分抑制是肝肾阴虚证形成的关键。

Change Which a Rat Model with Yin-diffiency of Liver and Kidney Induced by Slow Irritation on Hypothalamus-PituitaryThypoid Gland and Regulatory Effect of Herbs

Objective: To explore change which a rat model with Yin-diffiency of liver and kidney induced by slow irritation on hypothalamus-pituitary-thypoid gland and regulatory effect of herbs. Methods:To study change of various indexes which a rat model with Yin-diffiency of liver and kidney was made by way of slow irritation. Results:The TRH(thyrotropin-releasing-hormone) of secretion from hypothalamus increase. FT3(3,3',5-traiodothyronine),FT4(3,5,3',5-tetraiodothyronine) and TSH in blood decreased (P<0.05), but rT3 in blood increased (P<0.05), various indexes of nourishing liver and kidney fangyao control group could improved more effective with model group, but it could proved more effective with normol, but chaihushugansan could improved more effective. Conclusion:The key to the question of Yin-diffiency of liver and kidney is a part of restrain in HPT.
