| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性胶质母细胞瘤影像学特征及其与病理之间的关系。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的11例胶质母细胞瘤影像学表现,并与10例Ⅱ级星形胶质细胞瘤影像学表现对照。结果恶性胶质母细胞瘤占位效应11例,信号不均匀9例,瘤内血管8例,5例出血,不均匀明显强化9例;Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤占位效应3例,较轻,信号均匀9例,瘤内血管2例,无出血,轻度增强8例,其中均匀7例,欠均匀1例。恶性胶质母细胞瘤与Ⅱ级星形胶质细胞瘤影像学表现具有差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性胶质母细胞瘤具有一定的影像学特征,瘤内血管及出血坏死对诊断有帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the imaging findings and pathological grading of Ⅳ grade of the brain astroglioma(malignant glioblastomas).Methods The imaging findings of 11 cases with malignant glioblastomas were retrospectively reviewed in comparison with operation and pathology.
