COPD患者血氧分压与血浆纤维蛋白原的相关性研究

目的　探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平及与血氧分压相关性。方法　对30例COPD患者治疗前后血氧分压、血浆纤维蛋白原及30例对照组的血浆纤维蛋白原分别进行测定。结果　血浆纤维蛋白原水平在COPD加重期患者明显升高,与对照组相比有显著性差异;治疗后血浆纤维蛋白原明显下降,与对照组相比无显著性差异;血浆纤维蛋白原与血氧分压PaO2 呈负相关(r=0 .68,P <0 .0 1 )。结论　COPD患者血浆纤维蛋白原增高,可导致血液高凝状态,并易导致肺小动脉血栓形成,低氧血症与血浆纤维蛋白原增高有密切相关性。

The correlation study of PaO2 and plasma fibrinogen level in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the change of plasma fibrinogen as related to PaO2 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The plasma fibrinogen level was measured in 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and in 30 controls. PaO2 was measured in 30 patients with COPD. Results The plasma fibrinogen level was apparently higher in the exacerbated patients than that in the controls (P<0.001); after treatment, the plasma fibrinogen level was significantly lower, and there was no significantly difference between the patients and the controls. The plasma fibrinogen level was negatively correlated with PaO2.Conclusion The elevated plasma fibrinogen level may be associated with hypercoagulability state of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which may contribute to thrombi in small pulmonary arteries and arterioles. Hypoxemia is correlated with elevated plasma fibrinogen level.
