摘 要: | 目的了解用人单位对同济大学医学毕业生的满意度,评估大学期间的教学效果.加强毕业生就业指导工作,以培养社会需要的知识、能力、人格复合型医学人才。方法设计制定毕业生用人单位满意度调查表,对2000年以来毕业生用人单位满意度进行调查研究。结果用人单位看重的毕业生素质的前3位依次是综合素质、敬业精神、专业技能;我系毕业生在科研能力和组织管理能力方面能力较为欠缺。结论医学教育工作者应当注重医学生综合素质、敬业精神和专业技能的培养。

Abstract: | Objective In order to find out the satisfaction with our college medical graduate by the employer,evaluate teaching effect in the university,supervise the graduate to obtain employment,bring up complex medical person with ability.Methods Draw up investigation questionnaire;investigate the satisfaction with our college graduate by the employer since 2000.Results The first three factors that the employer think is most important are comprehensive quality.dedication and specialty skill.Our students lack the ability of scientific research and the ability of organizing and leading.Conclusions Teaching staff should pay attention to train the medical students in the facets of complex diathesis,respecting their job and specialty skill. |
