| 天葛龙牛汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 为了观察中药天葛龙牛汤对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。将130例椎动脉型椎病病人随机分为治疗组，对照组2组，分别给予天葛龙牛汤及颈复康治疗。结果发现治疗组在临床疗效及症状、体征的改善方面，均优于对照组，提示天葛龙牛汤对缓解椎动脉型颈椎病的症状，体征，具有良好的临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "TIANGE LONGNIU TANG" (TLT, a self-worked-out TCD recipe for cervical spondylosis) on vertebral-artery-type cervical spondylosis (TATCS), 130 cases of TATCS were randomly divided into two groups: the treated and the control, which were treated by TLT and by "JING FU KANG" (a TCD preparation for cervical spondylosis), respectively. The results showed that the treated group had an advantage over the control in the clinical therapeutic effect and the improvement of the symptoms and signs and so on, suggesting that TLT has a good clinical therapeutic effect on the remission of the symptoms and signs of TATCS. |
