加味失笑散对家兔心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的防护作用

目的研究加味失笑散对家兔心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的防护作用。方法实验家兔随机分为5组：1组为假手术组,2组为模型组,用等同容积的自来水灌胃;3-5组为加味失笑散低、中、高剂量组,分别用1.19、2.38和3.57 g/kg的加味失笑散灌胃,每日一次,共7 d,末次灌胃后12 h造模,检测家兔心肌缺血再灌注心律失常发生率及心电图ST段的变化。结果模型组再灌注后全部出现严重的室性心律失常,心律失常发生率明显高于假手术组,各用药组心律失常出现时间较模型组明显延长（P〈0.01）,持续时间及室速室颤的发生率较模型组明显降低（P〈0.05）。再灌注15 min及60 min时,模型组ST段抬高的程度明显高于假手术组（P〈0.01）,各用药组ST段抬高的程度均显著低于模型组（P〈0.01）。结论加味失笑散对心肌缺血再灌注心律失常有防护作用。

The preventive and protective effect of Jiawei Shixiaosan on ischemia-reperfusion arrhythemias of rabbits

Objective To study the preventive and protective effect of Jiawei Shixiaosan on ischemiareperfusion arrhythmias in rabbits.Methods The experimental rabbits were divided randomly into 5 groups： Group 1 was sham-operated group and group 2 was model group with the same volume of water by gavages,group 3-5 were given 1.19,2.38 and 3.57g/kg drug by gavages respectively one time a day for successive 7 days.The incidence of arrhythmias and the change of ST segment in electrocardiogram were detected when ischemia-reperfusion models were made.Results The incidence of arrhythmias of group 2 were significantly higher than that of group 1,and emergence time of arrhythmias in every treatment group were significantly longer（P〈0.01）.The duration of arrhythmias and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias were significantly lower（P 0.05）.In 15min and 60min after reperfusion,the degree of ST segment rising of group 2 was significantly higher than that of group 1（P〈0.01）.The degree of ST segment rising of every group given Jiawei Shixiaosan was significantly lower than that of model group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Jiawei Shixiaosan has preventive and protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmias in rabbits.
