| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年性白内障手术Ⅰ期后房型人工晶状体未植入的原因。方法：采用常规切口或隧道小切口完成523例574例眼老年性白内障手术,并作相关分析。结果：48例未能Ⅰ期植入后房型人工晶状体,其原因是后囊破裂,玻璃体脱出,悬韧带断离,角膜水肿和虹膜损伤。结论：手术方法和手术技巧是提高Ⅰ期后房型人工晶状体植入率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the causes of failure to posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC-IOL) implantation during senile cataract surgery.Methods:523 cases(574 eyes) of senile cataract were performed cataract surgery with conventional incision or tunnel flap small incision,and the correlative information are analysed.Results:48 eyes were failed to implant PC-IOL during surgery,and the factors had rupture of posterior capsule,vitreous prolapse,detachment of suspended zonular ligament,corneal edeme and iris trauma.Conclusion:Surgical methods and techniques are the key points for increasing the rate of PC-IOL implantation. |
