摘 要: | 目的:利用MSCT测量骨性半规管的径线、相互间的角度,椭圆囊的径线及体积,并估算健康成年人前庭器官参考值。方法:对60例健康成人行颞骨MSCT靶扫描及双斜位MPR,以显示各骨性半规管的全程和椭圆囊的全貌,并测量骨性半规管的径线、半规管间夹角以及椭圆囊的长径、短径和体积。用SPSS v16软件进行差异性t检验和参考值估算。结果:①前骨性半规管的内径、高度、跨度的测量值分别为(1.82±0.16)mm、(5.34±0.32)mm、(4.90±0.62)mm;后骨性半规管分别为:(1.57±0.14)mm、(4.89±0.50)mm、(3.06±0.47)mm;外骨性半规管分别为:(2.32±0.31)mm、(2.11±0.46)mm、(3.74±0.44)mm;椭圆囊的长径、短径分别为:(5.01±0.34)mm、(3.51±0.43)mm,体积为(56.7±7.71)mm3。②相应骨性半规管的径线及椭圆囊的体积比较在性别及侧别上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同半规管间的径线比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③骨性半规管间夹角测量值:前骨性半规管和后骨性半规管间91.80°±7.18°,前骨性半规管和外骨性半规管间89.71°±4.95°,后骨性半规管和外骨性半规管间91.19°±1.46°。④骨性半规管间夹角比较在性别及侧别上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:①利用MSCT靶扫描结合双斜位MPR可以很好地显示骨性半规管的全程和椭圆囊的全貌。②本组骨性半规管的径线和椭圆囊的测量值处于95%的置信区间内,可以作为正常参考值。③外骨性半规管的内径最大,前骨半规管最小;前骨半规管的高度和跨度最大,外骨半规管最小。骨性半规管间的相互夹角并非严格相互垂直。

Abstract: | Objective: To measure bony semicircular diameter and the angle between each other,the wire diameter and volume of the utricle. While the vestibular apparatus to measure the reference range in healthy adults via MSCT. Methods: 60 cases of healthy adults were selected for the temporal bone MSCT target scan. Original data were post-processed with double oblique MPR,displayed the bony semicircular canals of the full and complete picture of the utricle and measured the diameter of the bony semicircular canal, the angle between the semicircular canals and utricle diameter, short diameter and volume. SSPSv16 software(T-test)was used to compare the difference,and reference values were estimated. Results: 1. Anterior bony semicircular canals, posterior bony semicircular canals,lateral bony semicircular canals of the most wide internal diameter,height, span meas-urement value,respectively,as in mm:1. 82±0. 16,5.34±0. 32,4.90±0. 62;1.57±0. 14,4. 89±0. 50,3.06±0. 47;2.32±0.31, 2. 11±0. 46,3. 74±0. 44;utricle diameter,short diameter were 5.01±0. 34,3.51±0. 43,a volume of 56.7dz7.71 mm^3. 2. No sex and side difference within the measured values of the corresponding bony semicircular canals and utricle( P 〉0.05);differ-ent semicircular canals measured values were different( P 〈0.05). 3. Range of values between each bony semicircular canals an-gle measurement:A/P 91.80 ± 7.18°, A/L 89.71 ± 4.95°, P/L 91.19 ± 1.46°. 4. The angle between the corresponding bony semicircular canal showed no gender,no side differences( P 〉0.05). Conelusion:①The MSCT target scanning with double ob-lique MPR post-processing can well show the whole picture of the entire bony semicircular canals full and utricle. ②This group of bony semicircular canal diameter and the utricle and the measured values are in the 95% confidence interval, which can be used as normal reference values.③Inner diameter of the lateral bony semicircular canals is the largest, which of anterior bony semicircular canals is the minimum,the height and span of the anterior bony semicircular canals is the largest, which of lateral bony semicircular canals is the minimum. The angles between the bony semicircular canals are not strictly perpendicular. |
