重度烧伤患者气管切开期间心理体验的质性研究

目的了解重度烧伤患者气管切开期间真实的心理体验。方法用立意取样方法选取11例重度烧伤气管切开康复期患者,采用现象学研究方法对患者进行深入访谈,用Colaizzi 7步分析法和合众法整理、归纳出主题。结果严重烧伤患者气管切开期间主要有焦虑恐惧、自主感消失和无奈、孤独敏感、信任与忧虑、创伤后成长等心理体验。结论重度烧伤患者在气管切开期间经历了艰难的心理历程,护理人员应更好为患者提供优质护理服务。

Qualitative research on psychological experience of patients with severe burn during tracheotomy

Objective To study the real psychological experience of patients with severe burn during tracheotomy. Method Choose 11 patients with severe burn after tracheotomy in convalescence stage by purposive sampling. Take deep interview on patients by phenomenon research method. Organize and conclude the theme by seven steps of Colaizzi and integrated method. Result Patients with severe burn during tracheotomy mainly have anxiety, fear, loss of sense of independence, helplessness, loneliness, sensitiveness, faith, concerning and post--traumatic growth. Conclusion Patients with severe burn during tracheotomy suffer from a hard psychological period. Nursing staff should provide them with superior nursing service.
