| 摘 要： | 目的探讨地奥心血康软胶囊对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者血清细胞凋亡因子及其心功能的影响。方法将50例AMI患者随机分为两组,均采用AMI常规治疗;在此基础上,治疗组加服地奥心血康软胶囊,疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后血清Fas及其配体sFasL变化,以及心功能指标舒张末期左室前后径、收缩末期左室前后径、左室射血分数变化,并观察药物不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清sFas、sFasL均降低、心功能指标均改善（P均〈0.05）,但以治疗组血清sFas、sFasL降低明显（P均〈0.05）。结论常规疗法＋地奥心血康软胶囊治疗可减少AMI患者的细胞凋亡,改善其心功能,且临床用药安全。 |
