| 摘 要： | 目的:建立散结止痛巴布剂中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromsasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇:0.1%醋酸(88∶12);流速1 ml/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:210 nm。结果:熊果酸在0.0303～0.505 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),方法学考察符合要求。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于散结止痛巴布剂中熊果酸的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the determination of ursolic acid contents in Sanjie Zhitong cataplasm(SJZTC).Methods:The ursolic acids were determined with Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase consisted of methanol:0.1% glacial acetic acid(88∶12) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results:A good linearity was obtained within the range of 0.0303～0.505 mg/ml(r=0.9992).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to determine ursolic acid contents in SJZTC. |
