| 摘 要： | 目的研究珠海市农村妇女乳腺癌的危险因素。方法在珠海市农村（斗门、平沙）进行口流行病学病例对照研究。结果多因素条件logisific回归分析显示了下列因素与乳腺癌有明显联系：初产年龄晚，良性乳腺疾病史，精神刺激，体重大及水产养殖户等。结论初产年龄晚，良性乳腺疾病史，精神刺激。体重大及水产养殖户是乳腺癌的高危因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors of women breast cancer in rural district of Zhuhai. Methods From January 2000 to December 2007, ratio of one to one of epidemilogical 70 cases of breast cancer as control study was done in the rural district of Zhuhai. Results Multi-factors condition logistic regression analysis showed that primiparity age over or equal to 30 years, history of benign breast diseases, longterm mental irritation, over-gain in weight and engaging production of sea foods could induce obvious increase in the risk factors of breast cancer (P<0.05 in mentioned above 4 conditions). Conclusion Elderly promiparity, history of benign breast diseases, longterm mental irritation, over-gain in weight and engaging production of seafoods are high risk factors for breat cancer. |
