临床护理路径在类风湿性关节炎治疗和康复护理中的效果评价

目的探讨临床路径在类风湿性关节炎康复护理中的应用。方法将172例收治入院的类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各86例。对照组实施传统护理方法,治疗组采用临床护理路径进行护理,比较2组临床效果。结果观察组临床治愈率、缓解率、健康知识知晓率、满意率均高于对照组,平均康复时间较对照组短,观察组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感度、抑郁及焦虑评分低于对照组,精神状态优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论临床路径应用于类风湿性关节炎康复护理能显著提高护理质量,缩短住院时间,值得在临床推广应用。

Evaluation of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and rehabilitation nursing

Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway in the rehabilitation nursing of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 172 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 86 cases per group,given traditional nursing methods and clinical nursing pathway,respectively.Clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The observation group had higher curative rate,remission rate,awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction,shorter average recovery time,higher scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety than the control group,and had better mental state than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for rehabilitation of rheumatoid arthritis care,can significantly improve the quality of care,shorten the length of stay,it is worth in clinical application.
