创伤骨科术后患者自控镇痛泵镇痛的临床观察及护理

目的观察创伤骨科术后患者自控镇痛泵镇痛效果,总结护理措施和体会。方法将本院创伤骨科行手术治疗且术后使用自控镇痛泵镇痛的880例患者,随机分为对照组(仅给予疼痛常规护理措施)及观察组(在常规护理基础上给予预见性护理)各440例,2组均护理干预1周后比较干预效果。结果观察组护理满意度95%,同期对照组护理满意度85%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组患者护理后炎性细胞因子水平相比较(P0.05)。结论创伤骨科术后患者自控镇痛泵镇痛效果良好,同时予以预见性护理可显著提高自控镇痛泵镇痛效果及护理满意度。

Clinical observation and nursing of patients with postoperative analgesia pump in department of orthopedics

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of controlled analgesia pump in trauma patients, and to summarize the nursing measures and experience.Methods A total of 880 trauma surgery patients with postoperative patient-controlled analgesia pump in department of orthopedics in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (given routine nursing measures of pain) and observation group (given nursing care based on routine nursing), with 440 cases per group, intervention effect of two groups were compared after 1 week of nursing intervention.Results Nursing satisfaction was 95% in the observation group, and 85% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After nursing, the difference in inflammatory cytokines had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesia effect of patient-controlled analgesia pump after operation in the department of orthopedics is obvious, and the foreseeable nursing can significantly improve the analgesic effect and nursing satisfaction.
