| 摘 要： | 目的观察细节护理在下肢骨折患者术后跌倒预防中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的142例患者为研究对象,随机抽取71例纳入对照组给予常规护理,另71例纳入研究组给予细节护理,对比2组患者护理效果及跌倒预防情况。结果研究组的跌倒发生率、健康知识知晓率、护理满意率均优于对照组(P0.05);研究组的平均住院时间、护理质量评分均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论在下肢骨折患者术后跌倒预防中应用细节护理,改善了其生活质量,避免了并发症的出现,提升了护理水平,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of detail nursing in prevention of falls in patients with fracture of lower limbs.Methods A total of 142 cases in our hospital were selected as research objects,and 71 patients were selected as control group given conventional nursing,and another 71 patients included in the study group given detail nursing,nursing effect and fall prevention condition were compared.Results The incidence of falls,awareness rate of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The average length of stay,nursing quality score of the study group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Detail care for patients with lower limb fracture can improve the quality of life and nursing,and avoid complications. |
