摘    要:目的研究与观察纳洛酮对慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者呼吸功能及血气分析指标的影响。方法选取58例慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组29例和观察组29例,对照组进行常规呼吸衰竭治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用纳洛酮治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后12、24及48 h检测2组的呼吸功能及血气分析指标。结果治疗后12、24及48 h,观察组的呼吸功能及血气分析指标均显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论纳洛酮可显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸功能及血气分析指标。

Abstract:Objective To study and observe the influence of naloxone on the respiratory function and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 58 patients with respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of respiratory failure,while the observation group was treated with naloxone on the basic treatment of control group.Then the respiratory function and blood gas analysis indexes before the treatment and at 12th,24th and 48th hour after the treatment were detected.Results The respiratory function and blood gas analysis indexes of observation group at 12th,24th and 48th hour after the treatment were significantly better than those of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The naloxone can obviously improve the respiratory function and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with respiratory failure.
