| 摘 要： | 生活事件作为一种应激变量与心身健康的关系早已引起人们的关注。生活事件发生后 ,能否引起心理生理反应 ,进而导致健康问题 ,除取决于生活事件自身的属性外 ,还受制于个体对事件的认知评价和应对方式[1] 。焦虑和抑郁是常见的负性情绪 ,其发生与多种心理社会因素关系密切。有关中小学教师焦虑和抑郁情绪的研究曾有过报道[2 ,3] ,但应对方式在中小学教师生活事件和焦虑、抑郁间的作用尚无系统报道。本文基于对 5 18名中小学教师心理卫生调查资料分析 ,探讨生活事件、应对方式与焦虑、抑郁的相关性。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料采用整群随机…

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between life events,coping style and anxity and depression of middle and elementory school teachers.Methods:518 middle and elementory school teachers were tested with Life Events Scale(LES),Coping Style Questionnaire,SAS and CES-D.Results:The rate of depression was 15.38%,and the rate of anxiety was 5.19%.Life events and coping style were correleted with CES-D and SAS.Conclusion:Middle and elementory school teachers have many anxiety and depression symptoms.Anxiety and depression symptoms of middle and elementory school teachers were correlated with life events and coping styles. |
