撤机和撤机技术

摘    要:机械通气作为一种极为重要的生命支持治疗手段,为原发疾病的治疗创造了条件和争取了时间。但当病因消除或得到控制时,自主呼吸恢复到一定水平后,应及时撤离机械通气,避免造成呼吸机依赖和减少机械通气相关并发症的发生。由于目前对呼吸机的撤离尚缺乏系统的认识以及对撤机过程的最佳方法缺少一个指导性方案,机械通气的撤离已成为临床上面临的重大挑战之一。现就呼吸机的撤离及其相关技术做一综述。

Abstract:As a very important assistant treatment for the life-saving, mechanical ventilation has played a vital role in creating condition and striving for time in the therapy process of the primary affection. Once the underlying cause of respiratory failure has either improved or been resolved, and an adequate capacity of breathing spontaneously is achieved,it is reasonable in time to wean the patients from mechanical ventilation in order to avoid the dependence on mechanical ventilation and reduce the complications associated with ventilator. Up to now, due to the lack of systemic knowledge of the weaning, and a guideline for the process of the disconnection from the ventilator,weaning from mechanical ventilation has become one of the most important challenges in the clinical practice. This review is focused on the weaning and its techniques.
