| 摘 要： | 目的:评价他汀类药物预防心房颤动的效果。方法:查阅Cochrane临床对照试验中心注册库、MEDLINE数据库、PUBMED数据库和CNKI全文数据库1980年至2008年5月公开发表的随机对照临床试验,并辅以手工检索,采用RevMan4.2软件对纳入的试验结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6篇文献资料,Meta分析结果显示OR=0.39,95%CI(0.18,0.85),对总体效应进行假设检验得Z值为2.35,P=0.02,差异有统计学意义。结论:他汀类药物能减少房颤的发生或复发。

The randomized control trials of statins for the prevention of atrial fibrillation:a meta-analysis |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of statins in the prevention of atrial fibrillation. Methods We searched Cochrane, Pubmed, Medline, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database for the literatures on the clinical trials of statins which were published from 1980 to May 2008. A manual search of those trials was simultaneously performed. A meta-analysis was conducted on the outcomes of the included trials with the assistance of RevMan 4.2 software.
