| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响三叶木通扦插育苗的因素。方法以成活率为指标，研究了采集、插条时间、插条的树龄、激素处理、插条的质量、遮光度、地面覆盖物、扦插时间等7种因素对扦插效果的影响。结果冬季采集插条湿砂贮藏成活率明显高于其它采集时间所采集的插条；插条的树龄对扦插效果有显著影响，中龄（3～4年生）插条的成活率最高；激素处理对扦插效果影响较大，其中ABT（2号）处理成活率最高；插条的质量直接影响扦插成活率，其中以直径5～8mm的插条成活率最高；60％遮光度有利于扦插插条的生根生长；地膜覆盖有利于提高成活率及防止杂草生长，对扦插苗的后期管理有较好的作用；而扦插时间对扦插插条的成活起关键作用，其中以3月份扦插效果最好。结论采用60％遮光度及地膜覆盖管理，可以大大提高三叶木通扦插成活率。 |

| Abstract: | Objects To explore the factors of influencing for the cuttage seedling of Akebia trifoliate.Methods In this paper,seven factors of influencing were studied for survival rate of the cuttage seedling of Akebia trifoliate.Results The results showed that there was obvious difference on cutting survival rate with different storing methods,cutting ages,hormone treatments,cutting times,light intensities and ground coverings factors,etc.Conclusion There was to improve surviving rate greatly by shading litht intensity of 60% with plastic film covering. |
