三黄泻心汤对实验性糖尿病大鼠影响的研究

目的：研究三黄泻心汤对实验性糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖、血脂、胰岛素的影响。方法：高糖高脂饲料＋链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、二甲双胍组及三黄泻心汤5、10、20g·kg-1剂量组,连续4w灌胃给药,末次给药后空腹眼底静脉丛取血测定血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平。结果：三黄泻心汤20g·kg-1剂量组可显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖（P〈0.01）。4w治疗结束后,高剂量组的血清中总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）显著降低（P〈0.05）,胰岛素水平明显降低,在三黄泻心汤的剂量为20g·kg-1时,其降血糖、降血脂效果同二甲双胍相当（P〉0.05）。结论：三黄泻心汤对高糖高脂饲料＋链脲佐菌素所致的糖尿病模型大鼠有显著的降糖、降脂作用。

Effect of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction on Blood Glucose in Diabetic Rats Model

Objective ： To evaluate the role of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction on blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin by high calorie feeding and eytokine of streptozototozin （STZ） induced diabetic rats. Methods： Male rats were divided into normal control group, high calorie feeding and intraPeritoneal injection of STZ - induced diabetic rats were divided into model control group,5,10,20g · kg-1 dose of the Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction groups, normal and model control group rats were fed an equal volume of distilled water, 1 time Per day for 4 weeks. After last administration, the blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin level was detected in each group. Results The blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin was significant lower in the groups of different doses of the Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction than before administration. Conclusion： The Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction has a protective effects on the increase of blood glucose in high caloric feeding and STZ - induced diabetic rats.
