| 摘 要： | 目的:初步探讨高强度聚焦超声对中晚期肝癌的治疗效果。方法:追踪随访自2005年5月—2006年8月高强度聚焦超声治疗的35例中晚期肝癌患者的预后情况。结果:术后疼痛缓解率为69.6%,术后3个月生存率94.3%,6个月生存率64%,9个月生存率56%,1年生存率47.6%;术后生存期较其自然病程延长。结论:高强度聚焦超声治疗中晚期肝癌可一定程度上减轻患者症状、改善患者生存质量、延长患者生存时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of HIFU(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)treatment on patient with mid- late stage hepatoma.Methods:The prognosis of 35 patients treated with HIFU from May 2005 to August 2006 was followed up. Results:The survival rate of the patients treated with HIFU at 3 months was 94.3%,at 6 months was 64%,at 9 months was 56%,at 1 year was 47.6%.There was significance between natural survival period of the patients with mid-late stage hepato- ma and that of treated with HIFU.The chronic cancer pain was reliveed in 69.6% patients after HIFU.Conclusion:HIFU can prolong the survival period of the patients with mid-late stage hepatoma and improve the quality of their lives. |
