大肠癌病人血清胃泌素水平变化及其意义

采用放射免疫方法测定了３１例大肠癌、１３例非肿瘤者血清标本和２０例大肠癌组织、邻近肿瘤（〈３ｃｍ）及远离肿瘤（５ｃｍ）之结肠粘膜组织匀浆标本中的胃泌素浓度。发现：Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ｃ．Ｄ期大肠癌病人血清胃泌素显著高于非肿瘤者（Ｐ〈０．０５）；血清胃泌素浓度与病程进展呈显著正相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）；直肠癌病人血清胃泌素显著高于非肿瘤（Ｐ〈０．０５）；血清胃泌素水平与肿瘤分化程度无关；肿瘤切除后血清胃泌素显著

CHANGE OF SERUM GASTRIN LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL CANCER AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Serum gastrin level was determined by RIA in 31 patients with colorectal car-cinoma verified by pathological studies and 13 non-neoplasm patients.The gastrinlevel in the homogenates of tumor tissues and the mucosa taken 3 cm and 5 cm awayfrom the lesion in 20 resected specimens of the colorectal carcinoma was similarlyassessed.The results showed that(1)serum gastrin level was significantly higher inDukes C and D patients than in non-neoplasm patients(p<0.05);(2)there was asignificant positive correlation between gastrin level and the progression of thestages from non-neoplasm to Dukes A and B and then to Dukes C and D (p<0.05);(3)serum gastrin level was significantly higher in colorectal cancer patients thanin non-neoplasm patients(p<0.05),(4) no relationship exists between serum gastrinlevel,and cancer differentiation,(5)serum gastrin level was markedly reduced afterthe surgical removal of the tumor(p<0.01) and(6)the gastrin level was lower than25pg/ml in all homogenates.The above observations suggest that the serum gastrinlevel is very closely related to the development of colorectal cancer.
