摘    要:全球医学教育最基本要求强调对医学生进行全方位的培养,传统的医学教学模式则着重知识的传授,忽视了临床综合能力的系统训练.第三军医大学西南医院神经外科提出建立系统的情景模拟教学模式,包括临床思维情景模拟训练,模拟操作训练,临床急诊情景模拟训练,医患纠纷情景模拟训练,模拟重大事件下的突发应急反应训练,从多方面系统地培养医学生的临床综合能力.

Abstract:This article demonstrates that Global Minimum Essential Requirements (GMER) demands comprehensive training of medical students. But traditional medical education mainly focuses on the impartation of knowledge, ignoring the training of the clinical comprehensive abilities of students. Therefore, the Department of Neurosurgery in Southwest Hospital, an affiliated hospital of the Third Military Medical University, proposes building a model of systematic scene-simulation teaching, which includes training of clinical thinking, simulating operation, clinical emergency, medical dispute and emergency response to outbreaking events. This model aims at constructing clinical comprehensive ability of medical student via systemic and various approaches.
