怀牛膝根成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的:研究怀牛膝Achyranthes bidentata根的三萜类化学成分。方法:利用凝胶、正相和反相硅胶色谱反复进行分离和纯化,通过理化、质谱和核磁共振波谱等技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从怀牛膝根的水溶部分中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为牛膝皂苷A(achyranthoside A,1)、牛膝皂苷E(achyranthoside E,2)、木鳖子皂苷Ib(momordin Ib,3)、竹节参苷IVa(chikusetsusaponin IVa,4)、竹节参苷IVa甲酯(chikusetsusaponin IVa methyl ester,5)、竹节参苷V(chikusetsusaponin V,6)、竹节参苷V甲酯(chikusetsusaponin V methyl ester,7)。结论:化合物1和2为首次从该植物根中分离得到的天然化合物。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the triterpenoids from root of Achyranthes bidentata in Henan. Method: Sephadex,normal-and reversed-phase column chromatographies were applied for the isolation and purification. The structure determinations were performed by means of physiochemical properties,MS and NMR data analyses. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the water soluble fraction in root of A. bidentata,and determined as achyranthoside A (1),achyranthoside E (2),momordin Ib (3),chikusetsusaponin IVa (4),chikusetsusaponin IVa methyl ester (5),chikusetsusaponin V (6),chikusetsusaponin V methyl ester (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from the natural resources for the first time.
