摘    要:
90株互隔交链孢霉分别从林县地区(食管癌高发病区)和范县、商邱地区(食管癌低发病区)的粮食中分离。这些菌株培养物的乙醚提取物用E.coliND—160菌株检测其致突变性。其中66株提取物(73.3%)显示不同程度的致突变效应。这个结果提示互隔交链孢霉的产毒菌株广泛存在。林县地区粮食污染互隔交链孢霉的百分率远远超过其它二地区(P<0.001)。我们认为互隔交链孢霉的毒性代谢物可能对林县地区食管癌的发病率起着重要作用。本文还叙述和讨论了互隔交链孢霉的毒性代谢物。

Abstract:
The 90 strains of Alternaria alternata were isolated from the corn in Linxian Country (an area of high incidence of esophageal cancer)and Fanxian Country, Shanqiu Region (the areas of low incidence of esophageal cancer). Mutagenicity of ether extracts of these cultures were detected with Esherichia coli strain ND-160. Of these extracts, 66 strains (73.3%) showed differential mutagenic effects. The results suggest that the presence of the toxic-producing strains of A. alternata are widerspread. In Linxian Country, the precentage of corn contaminated by A. alternata was much higher than the other two areas (P<0.01). It is considered that the toxic metabolite o A. alternata may play an important role in the incidence of esopha geal cancer in Linxian Country. In this paper, the toxic metabolite of A. alternata is also described and discussed.
