聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯和玻璃3种输液包装材料对5种药物吸附性考察

摘    要:目的:考察聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚丙烯(PP)以及玻璃三种输液包材对几种药物的吸附性。方法:选择硝酸甘油、盐酸氯丙嗪、地西泮、环孢素和胰岛素5种药物,分别加入3种材质的含0.9%氧化钠注射液输液容器中;放置一定的时间,用HPLC法测定药物浓度,分别考察药物浓度的变化。结果:硝酸甘油、盐酸氯丙嗪、地西泮、环孢素和胰岛素在PVC输液袋放置1 h相对百分含量分别为81.80%,93.18%,79.45%,87.87%和47.43%,放置12 h药物相时百分含量分别为43.03%,71.13%,30.15%,61.34%和36.89%,而5种药物在PP材质的输液袋及玻璃瓶中放置12 h相对百分含量几乎没有变化。结论:PVC材质的输液容器对部分药物有较强的吸附性。而导致药物浓度下降。而用PP材质或玻璃瓶输液容器可避免或减少对药物的吸附影响。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the absorbability of infusion containers from PVC infusion package,PP infusion package,and glass infusion bottle to 5 drugs.Method:Nitroglycerin,chlorpromazine,diasepen,cyclosporin and insulin were respectively kept in 3 kinds of infusion packages with 0.9% NaCl injection for some times.The drug concentrations of which were determined by HPLC at 0, 1,2,4,8,12 h,and the results of which were compared with that at 0 h.Result:In the PVC infusion package,the relative contents of nitroglycerin,chlorpromazine,diazepen,cyclosporin and insulin were 81.80%,93.18%,79.45%,87.87%,and 47.43% at 1 hour,and 43.03%,71.13%,30.15%,61.34%,and 36.89% at 12 hour,respectively.In the PP infusion package,and glass infu- sion bottle,the relative contents of the 5 drugs were not changed at 12 hour.Conclusion:The PVC infusion package has absorbability to some drugs.The PP infusion packages and the glass bottle have seldom absorbability to drugs.
