| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨硫化氢中毒患者周围神经损害的临床特征和肌电图表现。方法：回顾性分析温岭医院收治的8例渔舱硫化氢中毒患者周围神经损害的临床资料。结果：硫化氢中毒致患者双侧正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经运动端潜伏期和神经传导速度明显慢于健康对照组，但诱发电位波幅无明显变化。结论：渔舱硫化氢中毒可致患者周围神经的亚急性损伤，提示在抢救急性硫化氢中毒的同时应早期发现和治疗周围神经的损害。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the peripheral nerves injuries in patients with hydrogen sulfide poisoning.Methods The clinical features and elcetromyogram(EMG) characteristics of peripheral nerves injuries in 8 cases of hydrogen sulfide poisoning were retrospectively analyzed.Results The conduction velocity and tache motorice latent period of median nerve,radial nerve and common peroneal nerve in hydrogen sulfide poisoning patients was slower than that of healthy controls.But the amplitude of evoked potential was not different significantly between these two groups. Conclusion Hydrogen sulfide poisoning could cause subacute injuries of peripheral nerve,which should be diagnosed and treated in time. |
