平板运动试验不同时段QT离散度

目的研究ＱＴ离散度（ＱＴｄ）和校正ＱＴ离散度（ＱＴｃｄ）在平板运动试验（ＴＥＴ）时是否随心肌缺血的诱发而增大，以及选择那一时段的ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ值作为判断标准。方法随机测量１００例ＴＥＴ阳性者的运动前、运动中心率最高时、运动中或后ＳＴ压低最大时及运动后２分钟的ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ，并与１００例ＴＥＴ阴性者作对比研究。结果阳性组运动中心率最高时、运动中或后ＳＴ压低最大时及运动后２分钟的ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ较运动前显著增大（Ｐ＜０．０１），尤以运动致ＳＴ压低最大时为明显，而阴性组运动心率最高时、运动后２分钟的ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ与运动前比较无明显增大（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论ＴＥＴ中ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ的变化或无变化与ＳＴ改变有良好的相关性，ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ值增加可作为ＴＥＴ结果判定的新的参考指标，ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ值的选择应以ＳＴ压低最大时为宜

Analysis of QT dispersion value of different time zone in treadmill exercise test.

Objective To study value of QT interval dispersion(QTd) and corrected QT interval dispersion(QTcd) whether or not were increased along with precipitation of myocardial ischemia and the QTd and QTcd of which time zone were selected criteria of as judge results in treadmill exercise test(TET).Methods The QTd and QTcd were measured in 100 patients with positive results and 100 patients with negative ones before test,the maximal heart rate(HRmax) in test, the recovery period of 2 minutes ofter test and the maximal depression ST segment in or after test in positive group.Result The QTd and QTcd had no significant difference before test in both groups( P >0 05).QTd and QTcd of the HRmax in test,the recovery period of 2 minutes after test and the maximal depression ST segment in or after test increased very significatly( P <0 01) than those before test in pasitive group.QTd and QTcd of the maximal depression ST segment in or after test than the HRmax in test and the recovery period of 2 minutes after test in positive group in creased significantly too( P <0 05).QTd and QTcd of the HRmax in test and the recovery period of 2 minutes after test than before test in negative group increased no significantly( P <0 05).Conclusion It is suggested that increase of the QTd and QTcd have much to do with degree of depression ST segment.increase of the QTd and QTcd at the maximal depression ST segment in or after TET might be used as on index to judge results.
