| 精神分裂症及抑郁症患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文测定了７５例精神分裂症、１１例抑郁症病人及３５例健康对照者的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力。结果发现精神分裂症病人的ＳＯＤ活力显著高于对照组，而抑郁症患者与对照组之间无显著性差异。精神分裂症患者的ＳＯＤ活力与其ＢＰＲＳ总分及ＳＡＰＳ总分呈显著正相关关系，与病程、性别、年龄及ＳＡＮＳ总分无相关关系。 |

| Abstract: | The author analysed the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD ) in erythrocyte in 75 patients with schizophrenia, 11 depressive and 35 normal subjects respectively. It was found that the activity of SOD in schizophrenia was higher than that of control group. No significant differnce was found among depressive and control groups. A positive correlation was found between SOD activity and BPRS scores, SAPS scores in schizophrenia, But no correlation among SOD activity and course, sex,age, SANS scores was found. |
