实践新的发展观推动军队医院建设

十六届三中全会鲜明地提出了坚持”以人为本”．树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观，促进经济社会和人的全面发展。本文就军队医院如何实践新的发展观．实现医院自身建设的协调发展进行了探讨，指出实践新的发展观是推进医院建设、提升医院竞争力及深化医院改革的需要．阐述了，发展观、医院发展观和军队医院科学发展观的基本内涵．并提出军队医院在实践新的发展观的过程中．要正确处理好数量与质量、建设与管理、平时与战时、重点与一般的关系．重点解决好人才建设、服务质量、医院管理及卫勤保障等四个主要问题。

Practise New Development View to Drive the Construction of Military Hospital

The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee has distinctly proposed insisting that" people first", establishing overall, coordinate and sustainable development view, and promoting the overall development of economic society and people. This article discussed how military hospital practise new development view to realize coordinated development of self -building. Point out that practicing new development view is the need of advancing hospital construction, promoting hospital competitiveness and deepening hospital reform. Explained the basic intension of develop view, hospital develop view and military hospital scientific development, and proposed that the military hospital should correctly handle the relationship between quantity and quality, construction and management, ordinary times and wartime, special and general during the process of practising new development view. And talent construction, service quality, hospital management and health service support four main problem should be solved well.
