阿昔洛韦加维A酸霜治疗扁平疣疗效观察

目的：探讨阿昔洛韦加维A酸霜对治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法：58例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服阿昔洛韦同时外用维A酸霜,对照组单纯口服阿昔洛韦,疗程均为10d。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.5%,对照组总有效率为55%,两组差异有显著性（P＜0.01)。结论：阿昔洛韦加维A酸霜治疗扁平疣是一种高效、安全、简便的治疗方法。

Effective observation on treating plane warts by aciclovir with tretinoin cream

Objective:To investigate in effect of aciclovir with tretinoin cream on the Treatment of plane warts. Methods: Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with oral aciclovir and topical tretinoin,the control group was treated with oral aciclovir.The course of treatment was ten days.Results: The total effect rate was ( 89.5% ) in treatment group and (55%) in control group.The Difference between the two groups was significant.(P< 0.01 ). Conclusion: The results Showed that method was repid, effective and safe.
