综合性医院临床科室医师编配方法

摘    要:
综合性医院在工作量、工作效率等方面存在差异,单纯按照统一的床工比测算人员配备数量未尽合理,本文提出结合医院和科室的实际工作效率及重点工作内容,以核定床位数做为人员总数的基本测算依据确定编配总量,综合考虑临床科室实际工作量、医疗风险度、承担特殊勤务和教学任务等因素,重点对医师编配制定具有一定自由度和可操作性的个性化编配方案。

Abstract:
In view of difference in workload and effectiveness of comprehensive hospitals,the method that calculated the human resource allocation by the number of beds in proportion to the workers had been proved unreasonable.Author established a way to allocate doctors' human resource in clinical department of general hospital,which took the finished clinical workload,medical risk,the specific roles as well as clinical teaching job into consideration,combined the real-time work efficiency of the hospital as well as clinical department and the key to projects,made certain the member of doctors of the clinical department according as the total doctors' number of the hospital that had been reckoned with the appraised and decided number of the beds of the clinical department.
