综合性医院临床科室医师编配方法

综合性医院在工作量、工作效率等方面存在差异，单纯按照统一的床工比测算人员配备数量未尽合理，本文提出结合医院和科室的实际工作效率及重点工作内容，以核定床位数做为人员总数的基本测算依据确定编配总量，综合考虑临床科室实际工作量、医疗风险度、承担特殊勤务和教学任务等因素，重点对医师编配制定具有一定自由度和可操作性的个性化编配方案。
