山莨菪碱、非那根和双氢克尿噻联合治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效观察

目的：探讨山莨菪碱、非那根和双氢克尿噻联合治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法：将193例秋季腹泻患儿随机分成对照组84例和观察组109例。对照组给予调整饮食、抗病毒、维持水电解质平衡等综合治疗;观察组加用山莨菪碱、非那根和双氢克尿噻口服治疗。结果：观察组的总有效率为97.0%,明显高于对照组的79.8%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：山莨菪碱、非那根和双氢克尿噻联合治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效确切,方便安全,值得借鉴。

Efficacy of treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis with Anisodamine,Phenergan and Hydrochlorothiazide jointly

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis with Anisodamine,Phenergan and Hydrochlorothiazide jointly.Methods：193 cases of pediatric rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into 84 cases of the control group and 109 cases of the observation group.The comprehensive treatment includes adjusting the diet,antivirus,maintening the water and electrolyte balance was given to the control group;the Anisodamine,Phenergan and Hydrochlorothiazide oral-treatment was added to the observation group additionally.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%,it was significantly higher than 79.8% of the control group,there were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The efficacy of the Anisodamine,Phenergan and Hydrochlorothiazide combination-therapy is accurate,the therapy is convenient,safe and worth learning.
