颈动脉粥样硬化治疗中的彩色多普勒超声应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄干预治疗中的应用价值。方法选择超声证实的颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者158例,在超声监测下进行干预治疗。主药为血塞通、尿激酶、肝素钙、心脑康、阿司匹林、尼莫地平。随访1.5~2 a。结果治愈率98%,有效率2%,临床总有效率100%,疗效满意。超声复查结果与临床一致,显示治疗后动脉粥样硬化明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论超声影像具有重要的临床诊疗价值。中西药结合干预治疗适合作为TIA患者脑梗死二级预防的首选疗法。

The applications of color Doppler ultrasound on carotid atherosclerosis treatment

Objective It is to approach the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment intervention of carotid atherosclerotic stenosis.Methods 158 patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA) who were confirmed existing carotid atherosclerotic stenosis by ultrasound were chose,and were treated depend on ultrasonic monitoring.Main drugs were Xuesaitong,urokinase,heparin calcium,Xinnaokang,aspirin,nimodipine,et al.Follow up 1.5 to 2 years.Results The cure rate was 98%,the effective rate was 2%,the total effective rate was 100%.The results of ultrasonic inspection were in accordance with clinical,that atherosclerosis reduced significantly after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound imaging has an important clinical value.Integrated tcm-wm intervention is the treatment of cerebral infarction in patients with TIA as a secondary prevention therapy of choice.
